Courtney Moritz is TDK’s Director of Finance, supporting the financial side of the company’s multifamily development and asset management work. She handles accounting for all ownership and investment entities, keeping financial processes consistent and aligned with TDK’s goals.
She helps manage the financials of TDK-owned properties from construction through lease-up and stabilization, including escrows and reporting. Working alongside the Development and Asset Management teams, she prepares monthly analysis for owners and quarterly financials for lending partners, giving stakeholders a clear view of current and future investments. She also supports new projects by building financial models, evaluating opportunities, and tracking performance.
Courtney joined TDK in 2026. She began her career in tax at a public accounting firm, graduated from Bradley University in 2019, and earned her MBA from the University of Southern Indiana in 2021. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors with her family and their two dogs.
