TDK is expanding its Southern footprint with nine developments, bringing 2,178 housing units to market in five states, totaling over $553 million in value.
TDK recently opened two projects in Middle Tennessee, Vintage Stonetrace in Smyrna and Vintage North Creek in Goodlettsville, and has begun leasing developments in Fort Mill, South Carolina; Raleigh, North Carolina; and Brunswick, Georgia.
