Vintage Stonetrace 52 Percent Leased at Ribbon Cutting

SMYRNA, TN – TDK Companies and Waldron Enterprises held a ribbon-cutting on July 10, marking the beginning of leasing for Vintage Stonetrace, an upscale, mixed-use community featuring 325 luxury apartment homes, business workstations, 14 office suites, pool cabanas, and numerous amenities. This pedestrian-friendly community is located on Old Nashville Highway, just off Sam Ridley Parkway, and is part of a larger commercial development offering convenient, walkable access to numerous restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options, Kent Ayer, Principal at TDK, announced today.

“With its unique location near I-24, Vintage Stonetrace is within easy commuting distance to downtown Nashville. We are very pleased that while the complex has just completed construction, we are already 52 percent leased. This housing development offers a different look and feel from anything else in the Smyrna marketplace,” Ayer said.

In addition to Vintage Stonetrace, TDK Companies has begun leasing developments in Fort Mill, S.C., and Raleigh, N.C. This year, the company will bring 2,178 housing units to market across nine developments in five states, with a total valuation of over $553 million. Fort Mill, a growing suburb of Charlotte, N.C., represents TDK Companies’ entry into the greater Charlotte Metropolitan Statistical Area. TDK Companies has developed three properties in Raleigh. Additionally, later this fall, TDK will break ground on 977 units across three developments in two states, projected to have a total valuation exceeding $290 million.
