Brock Culpepper is an Assistant Project Manager and Estimator at TDK, where he works alongside the project manager and coordinates with subcontractors and job site superintendents. His responsibilities include overseeing project contracts, financial projections, and budgeting. He also oversees every phase of the building process, from drafting job-specific agreements to working with architects and engineers and keeping each project on schedule and on budget.
Brock joined TDK in June 2026 after graduating from Carson-Newman University with a degree in Finance and Economics, which gave him a strong foundation in the financial analysis and cost management his role demands. He also pitched five seasons of college baseball, where he learned the value of teamwork, perseverance, hard work, and performing under pressure—principles that carry over to his work at TDK.
A Murfreesboro native, Brock is glad to be working back home. Outside the office, he enjoys working out, watching baseball, football, and basketball, spending time with family and friends, and collecting sports cards.
