Drew joined TDK in 2006 and serves as Chief Construction Officer, overseeing all construction operations across the organization. He leads the construction division’s on-site and office teams, directs all estimating activities, and coordinates projects from the bidding phase through final closeout.
Over the course of his tenure, Drew has worked in nine states on more than 80 projects encompassing over 11,000 units, including military, student, senior, and multifamily housing developments. His extensive experience reflects a deep understanding of large-scale, complex construction projects across diverse markets.
Drew earned a Bachelor of Science in Concrete Management from Middle Tennessee State University, a specialized degree focused on advanced concrete technologies, methods, and applications. He also serves on the MTSU Commercial Construction Department Board of Directors, supporting the development of future industry professionals.
