With 12 years of experience in the construction industry, including eight years in project management, Garrett manages schedules, budgets, and contracts while working closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
A native of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Garrett earned his degree in Concrete Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University, where he also interned with TDK. He began his career out West with a precast concrete company in Montana before moving to Colorado to work for a general contractor focused on mixed-use buildings and affordable housing. He later returned to Montana, where he concentrated on custom homes and remodeling projects. In April 2026, Garrett returned to TDK, bringing that well-rounded experience back to the company where his career began.
Outside of work, Garrett enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
