James Turley has been with TDK as an Investment Analyst since the spring of 2025. In this role, he supports the company’s development and investment activities through project underwriting, financial modeling, and data-driven market analysis across multiple markets. James works closely with senior leadership to evaluate opportunities and assist in executing TDK’s investment strategy.
James also plays an active role in investor relations and fundraising efforts, assisting with the preparation of offering materials, market updates, and investment presentations, as well as supporting communications with existing and prospective investors. He collaborates closely with the development and asset management teams to ensure investment assumptions, market positioning, and reporting remain aligned throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Prior to joining TDK, James worked as an acquisition analyst at Wicker Park Capital Management, a large private equity real estate fund based in Savannah, Georgia, where he assisted in underwriting and evaluating both multifamily and retail acquisitions. His responsibilities included financial analysis, market research, due diligence support, and transaction execution from initial review through closing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
