Mallory serves as an Asset Manager supporting multifamily development projects from initial planning through stabilization. She partners closely with development, finance, and property management teams to ensure each asset is strategically positioned, operationally sound, and aligned with the company’s long-term investment goals across a portfolio of more than 2,000 units spanning three states.
Since entering the property management industry in 2019, Mallory has built a strong foundation in asset operations and leasing. She oversees stabilized property budgets, supports marketing and leasing strategies, and helps guide property management teams through key transitions.
Mallory earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Middle Tennessee State University and leverages this background to maintain strong relationships and alignment between ownership, investors, and on-site teams. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and transparency in support of the company’s mission to create high-quality, sustainable communities.
