Mary Rose Shadrick is the Development Accounting Manager at TDK Companies, where she plays a key role in keeping our multifamily projects running smoothly by coordinating monthly development draws and providing assistance to the CFO on special projects. Key responsibilities include balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and oversight of accounts payable on her projects.
Mary Rose joined TDK in 2020, bringing 18 years of accounting experience to her role. She earned a degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University. Before joining the construction industry, Mary Rose served as the Director of Accounting for the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, where she gained a deep understanding of financial management and operations. This background allows her to effectively manage financial documentation and provide valuable support to the accounting team, ensuring that all project financials are accurate and on track.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, often hiking in Tennessee’s state parks, where they can enjoy the outdoors together.
