Miriah serves as Asset Manager for all of TDK’s new construction assets. She began her relationship with TDK in 2017, successfully managing their first luxury mid-rise communities in their hometown of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She then moved on to directly join TDK in 2021 and has since overseen more than 20 new construction assets across several markets throughout the Southeast.
With over 10 years of multifamily experience and a proven track record in Class A developments and lease-up communities, Miriah leads the conception, execution, and optimization of asset strategies designed to maximize value across the portfolio. She works closely with TDK’s Development, Construction, and Investment teams, as well as external partners, while overseeing property management operations to ensure alignment with market positioning and investment objectives.
Known for her hands-on leadership style, Miriah brings a data-driven approach to decision-making while fostering collaboration, accountability, and high-performing teams.
When not at work, Miriah enjoys spending time with her husband and three children on their farm in Middle Tennessee.
