Ross Bradley serves as Chief Development Officer at TDK Companies, where he leads all aspects of the Development division, including market analysis, site selection, product evaluation, and plan production. Since joining TDK in 2008, Ross has guided the company’s development strategy with a vision for turning ideas on paper into high-quality, successful projects. Working alongside an accomplished in-house team and trusted development partners, he has helped deliver almost $3 billion in assets across the Southeastern United States.
With a background in market research, design oversight, and long-range planning, Ross ensures that every project aligns with market demand while upholding TDK’s commitment to excellence and innovation. His leadership reflects a commitment to building impactful, well-designed communities that foster economic growth and enhance quality of life.
Ross’s passion for creating extends beyond real estate and into education. In 2013, he and his family co-founded Clayton Bradley Academy, a private STEM school in Maryville, Tennessee, known for its emphasis on problem-solving, critical thinking, and real-world application. Today, the school stands as a model for innovative learning.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Ross remains actively engaged in the Middle Tennessee community. He serves on the Boards of Directors for Middle Tennessee Electric and World Outreach Church and as Vice Chairman of United Communications, contributing his leadership and strategic insight to advance the missions of these organizations.
